State Rep. Mark Ferrandino, D-Denver, the House Minority Leader (who would likely become Speaker of the House should the Democrats retake the majority in the fall elections) is a critic of TABOR and his advocacy against it is worth recalling.

House Democrats in Colorado were very vocal this year in their opposition to photo ID for voting. The experience of their state party spokesman should cause them to reconsider.
