The Democrats enter their convention in Charlotte with what has to be a feeling of foreboding about the upcoming elections, based on almost four years of an Obama presidency, combined with two years of complete Democrat domination of Congress – with nothing to show for them.
The “Hope and Change” candidate of 2008 now has an economic record as president to run on – or deflect – as the case may be.

Obama’s statement in 2009, that, “If I don’t have this done in three years, then there’s going to be a one-term proposition.” The ad campaign is backed with at least $25 million, according to media reports.
In Colorado, presumptive GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney offered a “presidential accountability scorecard” on Pres. Obama’s miserable economic record in office. In 2009, Pres. Obama said, “If I don’t have this done in three years, then there’s going to be a one-term proposition.”
