When all else stalls – as with the U.S. economy – Democrats desperate to hold power are reduced to calling Republicans “extreme” as a closing argument heading to Election Day.
We noted that Pres. Obama managed to wedge the word “extreme” into his remarks at Wednesday’s debate with Republican challenger Mitt Romney, who was widely acknowledged to have won that match-up.
Back out on the campaign trail, the President is hitting a similar note – with more repetition sure to follow. We’ll be watching. See the video above for his remarks Friday in Virginia.
