Stephen Ludwig, a Democratic incumbent seeking re-election as a University of Colorado regent at-large, recently posted a video [see above] that he says “pokes fun at the entire notion of ‘political wife.’”
As The Denver Post’s Lynn Bartels notes, Ludwig is running against Republican Brian Davidson. The nine regents serve unpaid terms of six years apiece.
Davidson, whose website describes him as a “husband, father, physician and three time graduate of CU,” showed some humor during his 30-second introduction to remarks at the Colorado Republican State Assembly in April.
